3. Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from RIVERRISE. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

What we send. Replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up about services you asked about, and account or project updates if you are a client. We may occasionally send information about our services if you opted in to receive it.

Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your request and how we are working together.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile numbers only with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only as described here:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, scheduling, email, website hosting, analytics, advertising measurement, business visitor identification and client project tools. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

• Business transfers, if RIVERRISE is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand traffic and measure our advertising. Business visitor identification. We use Apollo.io, a sales intelligence service, to help us understand which businesses visit the Site. We use this only to understand interest in our services and to follow up with businesses about relevant work. Apollo processes this data as our service provider under its own privacy policy. You can block it by declining non-essential cookies or blocking cookies in your browser, and you can ask us to delete any record we hold about you using the contact details below.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, to maintain our business records, and to meet legal and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
